We all need time out and time up from anything electronics.
Here are some pointers to regular your time and kids from electronics;
- Talk about it
- Contact your internet provider to set up parental control
- Keep screens out of the bedroom
- Make your kids earn the Wi-fi password
- Have a family 24 hour fast
- Play with them
- Stick to the rules, if you break them they will remember.
