Ephesians 4: 26-32

Breaking the chains of anger bondage - Galatians 5:16-23

1. Why do I get angry?

  • Fruit of the flesh
2. What is the difference between anger and wrath?
  • Wrath (wrath) is felt inside (anger)
3. Is it always a sin to get angry?
  • YES
4. What about righteous indignation?
  • You can sin without anger
5. What about Ephesians 4:26-27?
  • Stirring (be ye angry)
  • Sinning (and sin not)
  • Settling (let not the sun go don't upon your wrath)
  • Signing over (neither give place to the devil)
6. Didn't Jesus get angry?
  • Yes
7. How does anger affect my home?
  • The children grow up to be the same
  • You can not blame the past.
8. How do I overcome my anger bondage?
    • Refuse anger vs. 26, 2 Cor 2:10-11, Eph 6:12
      • Refuse to HELP satan.
      • Refuse to HARBOR anger, (divorce, breakups, the loss of a loved one)
      • Refuse to HEAT up quickly.
    • Resolve Anger vs. 30
      • Guard your HEART, 1 John 1:9, Prov 4:23
      • Guard your MOUTH vs. 29, 1 Cor 15:33, Prov 15:1.
    • Replace Anger
      • with Humility - vs. 32, 1 Pet 8:3
      • with Forgiveness - vs. 32, Matt 6:12

Matt 18:33-35 - Give back in the past and forgive them!

    • God's position - 2 Chronicles 20:5
    • God's power - 2 Chronicles 20:6-7
      • God has the power, you provide the faith.
    • God's past promises - 2 Chronicles 20:8-9, 1 King 8:28
    • God's prohibition - 2 Chronicles 20:10-11
2. The kings appeal for
    • God's protection of the righteousness - 2 Chron 20:12
    • God's punishment of the wicked - 2 Chron 20:13
3. God's answer through . . . 
    • His PROPHET - 2 Chron 20:14-17
    • The KINGS posture - 2 Chron 20:18-20
    • The PEOPLES praise - 2 Chron 20:21-25

Session I - The weakest is the strong

God is the source of our strength, Satan only knows: what you do, what you say, and what others say about you.

Session II

  • Multi tasking - Luke 10:38-40
    • Do one thing at a time.
    • Do not miss any moment that Jesus has given us.
  • Priorities - Ephesians 5:13-17
    • Put most important first (Mark 12:30-31)
    • Love thy neighbor is (EVERYONE) like yourself. (Colossians 4:5-6)
  • Put up procrastinating - Mark 21
    • Do the worse thing first.
  • Be a master to your minutes, we are not good at everything is ok to say NO! The people in our lives FIRST.
  • Get ready for paradise - Psalms 90:17
  • So what's important to you?
Session III - Marriage (Vowels)

Proverbs 14:1, Job 2:9-10, Job 1
  • Loss Everything - she was hurt, angry, bitter and blamed the wrong person.
  • Said foolish things
  • Never give up
    • Build our marriage
    • Be content - Proverbs 19:13 (Nagging about things you can't change, the lord comes first even in marriage.
    • Care for our husbands - Proverbs 31:10-31, Job 2:8 (Where was she?)
    • To give yourself freely to our husband - 1 Corinthians 7:5, Job 19:17 (Where is she again?)
Meaning Strange - Stranger

  • Do not leave in anger, or make a decision in anger.
Desireable - Look for the reason
  • Ger is hormones check
Which one would you want to be Job or his wife? (Psalms 34:19)

Is up to us to build our marriage, be content, take care of your husbands.

Last Session:
  • Reading the Bible gives you peace and apply it. 
  • Unbelieving in God;
    • Pride all the I, he wants you to surrender
    • Fear & Anxiety
    • Worry
    • Anger
  • Covering sins will hinder your walk with God
    • 2 Peter 1:2-3, Romans 1:25 (unbelief)
    • Hebrews 3 (unbelief)
    • (Gods love) will God fulfill your needs? Trust God with all your heart.
    • James 1:14, James 4:6 (pride) too much! selfish, self-centered.
  • You must be humbled
    • Philippians 4:6 (Fear)
    • James 1:8 (divided heart)
  • Discontent - Philippians 4:11
    • I don't like . . .
    • Why my kids?
    • Why my husband?
  • Worry about today, not tomorrow - Matthews 5
  • Proverbs 25:28 - Anger
    • We use our lips in sin with anger.
    • Hope - Romans 15:13 (hope)
    • There is always HOPE with God
  • All we need - Serenity, Pleasure, Hope. 
    • Psalms 34:19 (hope)
    • Ephesians 3:13-21 (hope)
