Text: Mat 5:1-7

Mat 5:3 - The first thing he mentions

Being blessed is more than monetary.
Blessed-Divinely supremely favored.
God wants you to be the teacher's pet.

Mat 5:3-6 - One responsibility of the Christian.

We must follow the rules to be blessed.
You must humble your heart:

1. Christ command for humility Mat 5:3
a. Humble your heart - Pro 29:23, Mat 18:4, 23:12, Jam 4:8-10, 4:10.
b. Humility is not thinking less about yourself, is about not thinking of yourself at all.

2. Satan corruptions - Isaiah 14:12-15
a. Pride Gen 3:1-6
b. Eve was deserved (Played by Satan)
    -Adam had to make a choice between his wife & God - Rom 5:12

3. God's chasing's (Mat 19:23
- Humble your heart to Jesus by your salvation Eph 2:9
-Mat 5:3 - Reward the kingdom of Heaven
-Humble your heart. Get Saved!
-Luke 18:9-14 - Humble your heart
